From the Casino to The Egg Roll

dream from this morning:

i was with a tour group led by caddyshack's ted knight. the group was traveling on a giant tour bus. we stopped at a casino somewhere and i found a machine i liked. i started winning a little bit and got a bonus round. to keep the bonus round going, i needed to pick the right symbols. a small crowd stopped to watch. slowly i was getting higher and higher amounts. some guy in a tan blazer walked up and invaded my space. he threw his airline ticket down on the machine and made a scene. the very next pick i chose the wrong symbol and the bonus was over. i got up and left.

we got back on the tour bus. everyone wanted to eat. wick and i were dropped off at a chinese restaurant. we were greeted inside by the staff. they led us to a large buffet. i asked for a menu but they didn't have any. they described each item on the buffet one by one. wick must have already ordered his food because everyone was waiting on me. nothing sounded good and i knew we were running late. the entire staff of the restaurant was staring at me, so i just said i wanted an egg roll to go. they put it on a plate and set it down in front of me. i wrapped it in a handful of napkins and then realized after some searching that i didn't have my wallet. wick offered me a check. it had already been written on, so i had to cross out the previous information. they told me the egg roll was $6.50 with tax. i slowly wrote this check while 8 people stared me down and gave me the creeps. after i handed it to the host, they looked at it suspiciously. we backed up from the buffet and exited. we walked many blocks talking about how weird that was. finally i realized i left the egg roll back at the restaurant.

then i woke up.
