primus, britney spears, camera won't work

dream from this morning:

was at a small shop set in a row of buildings. the walls were light green and the floor a crackled magenta. there wasn't a front wall, but more of an extended porch that flowed through to a back wall. there were side walls and a wall in the back with a door. there was a small refrigerator in the back on the left and two small tables with plastic chairs on the right. it looked like every small restaurant i've seen in central america.

Primus was rehearsing at the shop for a last second surprise show. i wanted to let everyone know so i asked them between songs to take a selfie with me. they said sure. i got down on one knee and flipped the camera backwards and couldn't get it to work. they stood there posing with goofy grins for a minute or two and eventually got annoyed. i kept messing with my camera and could not figure out why it wouldn't take a pic. they thought i was an idiot and packed up their stuff.

at some point Britney Spears showed up. she was also going to do some sort of concert in the shop. again i asked to take a selfie and my camera didn't work. tried taking regular pics and they didn't work either. i think i spent the next few hours dreaming that my phone camera didn't work.

then i woke up and forgot about it, until just a minute ago.
